This Blend provides a pleasant and balanced flavor profile, with vanilla, smoky nuances and aromas of coffee, almonds and cocoa; finishing with spicy notes, from both oak barrels, such as clove, coconut, hazelnut, honey and toasted bread and butter.
DISTILLATION
- 13.4% - Copper Column Still
- 86.6% - Copper Alembic Still
CASKS
- 13.4% - Spanish oak barrel, previously used to age Rioja and Ribera del Duero Gran Reserva Wines.
- 86.6 % - French oak barrels, previously used to age Bourdeaux Reserve Wines that contribute unique aromas and flavors to this blend.
AGING
- Twelve years at 3,871 feet altitude in an underground cool-climate barrel room located at Tequileña Distillery in the town of Tequila, Jalisco; the heart of the Valles Region of the Denomination of Origin.
