Using Atotonilco highland agave in 1998, this expression’s delightful faint sweetness was achieved by aging almost entirely in American white oak.

CASKS

• 97% American white oak (75% previously held rye whiskey, remaining 25% mostly California red wine casks with one chardonnay cask)
• 3% French oak

AGING

• Fifteen years in dry aging room with earthen floor
• Uppermost portion of room opened for soft air circulation to create drier environment
