- 75% copper double-column still
- 25% copper alembic still
- Re-barreled after six years - 50% Canadian white oak rye whiskey casks, 50% European dark oak California red wine casks
AGING
- First six years in Canadian white oak at 4,600-foot elevation
- Blended, re-barreled, and moved to cooler, breezier climate to age an additional twelve years
